Hadith Number: 4090
اخبرنا محمد بن إسحاق بن خزيمة ، حدثنا علي بن حجر السعدي ، حدثنا شريك ، عن ابي إسحاق ، عن ابي بردة ، عن ابي موسى ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " لا نكاح إلا بولي" .
Sayyiduna Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no marriage without a guardian (wali)."
