Sayyiduna Abu Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him):“Indeed, when a Muslim spends on his wife, then this thing is charity for him (that is, he will receive its reward and recompense).”
