باب النفقة - ذكر الزجر عن أن يضيع المرء من تلزمه نفقته من عياله-
Chapter: Maintenance – Forbidding neglecting those whose maintenance is obligatory
Hadith Number: 4240
اخبرنا الفضل بن الحباب ، قال: حدثنا محمد بن كثير ، قال: اخبرنا سفيان ، عن ابي إسحاق ، عن وهب بن جابر الخيواني ، عن عبد الله بن عمرو ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " كفى بالمرء إثما ان يضيع من يقوت" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is sufficient for a man to be considered sinful that he does not fulfill the expenses of those whose maintenance is his responsibility."
