باب النفقة - ذكر الإباحة للمرأة أن تأخذ من مال زوجها بغير علمه مقدار ما تنفقه عليها وعلى ولدها من غير حرج يلزمها في ذلك-
Chapter: Maintenance – Permitting a woman to take from her husband’s wealth without his knowledge as needed for herself and her children
Hadith Number: 4258
اخبرنا الحسين بن محمد بن ابي معشر ، قال: حدثنا محمد بن وهب بن ابي كريمة ، قال: حدثنا محمد بن سلمة ، عن ابي عبد الرحيم ، عن زيد بن ابي انيسة ، عن هشام بن عروة ، عن ابيه ، عن عائشة ، قالت: جاءت هند امراة ابي سفيان إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقالت: إن ابا سفيان رجل شحيح، فهل علي جناح ان اصيب من ماله فانفق علي وعلى ولدي؟ فقال لها نبي الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " لا حرج عليك ان تاخذي من مال ابي سفيان فتنفقيه عليك وعلى ولدك بالمعروف" .
Lady Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: Hind, the wife of Abu Sufyan, came to the service of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and said: Abu Sufyan is a miserly man, so will there be any sin upon me if I take some of his wealth and spend it on myself and my children? The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said to her: There will be no sin upon you if you take from Abu Sufyan’s wealth and spend it on yourself and your children in a reasonable manner.
