باب النفقة - ذكر الإخبار عن إباحة أخذ المرء من مال ولده حسب الحاجة إليه من غير أمره-
Chapter: Maintenance – Permitting a man to take from his child’s wealth as needed without permission
Hadith Number: 4259
اخبرنا عمران بن موسى بن مجاشع ، قال: حدثنا عثمان بن ابي شيبة ، قال: حدثنا جرير ، عن منصور ، عن إبراهيم ، عن عمارة بن عمير ، قال: كان في حجر عمة لي ابن لها يتيم وكان يكسب، فكانت تحرج ان تاكل من كسبه، فسالت عن ذلك عائشة ، فقالت: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" إن اطيب ما اكل الرجل من كسبه، وإن ولد الرجل من كسبه" .
Amarah bin Umair narrates: My paternal aunt had an orphan child under her care. That child used to earn (by working), but the woman considered it a sin to eat anything from his earnings. She asked Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) about this. So Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) informed: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: The purest thing is that which a person eats from his own earnings, and a man's children are a part of his earnings.
