باب الخروج وكيفية الجهاد - ذكر تفضل الله جل وعلا على الرجلين إذا خرج أحدهما في سبيله وهما من قبيلة أو دار واحدة-
Chapter on Setting Out and the Manner of Jihad – On God’s favor upon two men from the same tribe or town when one of them goes out in God’s cause.
Hadith Number: 4729
اخبرنا ابن سلم ، حدثنا عبد الرحمن ، حدثنا الوليد ، حدثنا الاوزاعي ، عن يحيى بن ابي كثير ، عن ابي سعيد مولى المهري، عن ابي سعيد الخدري ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بعث بعثا إلى بني لحيان، فقال: " لينتدب من كل رجلين احدهما، والاجر بينهما" .
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) dispatched an expedition towards Banu Lihyan, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Let one out of every two men set out; the reward will be divided between the two of them.
