باب الخروج وكيفية الجهاد - ذكر ما يستحب للإمام إذا أراد مواقعة الأعداء أن يحيي تلك الليلة فإذا أصبح واقعها-
Chapter on Setting Out and the Manner of Jihad – On the recommendation for the leader to spend the night awake before engaging the enemy in the morning.
Hadith Number: 4759
اخبرنا ابو يعلى ، حدثنا الازرق بن علي ابو الجهم ، حدثنا حسان بن إبراهيم ، حدثنا ابن ابي إسحاق ، عن ابي إسحاق ، عن حارثة بن مضرب ، ان عليا ، قال:" إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لما اصبح ببدر من الغد احيا تلك الليلة كلها وهو مسافر" .
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: On the day of the Battle of Badr, the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) stayed awake the entire night until morning, even though he was a traveler.
