Chapter on Setting Out and the Manner of Jihad – On the recommendation to seek victory through the weak among the Muslims when war is at its peak.
Hadith Number: 4767
اخبرنا الحسن بن سفيان ، حدثنا حبان ، حدثنا عبد الله ، اخبرنا عبد الرحمن بن يزيد بن جابر ، حدثني زيد بن ارطاة ، عن جبير بن نفير ، عن ابي الدرداء ، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول: " ابغوا لي ضعفاءكم، فإنما ترزقون، وتنصرون بضعفائكم".
Sayyiduna Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "Bring to me your weak ones, for indeed you are provided for and helped because of your weak ones."
