باب الخروج وكيفية الجهاد - ذكر الإباحة في استبقاء من لم ينبت في دار الحرب إذا عزم الإمام على قتلهم-
Chapter on Setting Out and the Manner of Jihad – On the permissibility of sparing those who have not reached puberty in enemy territory if the leader decides to kill them.
Hadith Number: 4782
اخبرنا اخبرنا عبد الله بن محمد الازدي ، قال: حدثنا إسحاق بن إبراهيم ، قال: حدثنا سفيان ، عن عبد الملك بن عمير ، سمع عطية القرظي ، يقول: " كنت فيمن حكم فيهم سعد بن معاذ، فلم يجدوني انبت، فاستبقيت، فها انا ذا" .
Atiyyah Qarazi narrates: I was among those about whom Sayyiduna Sa’d bin Mu’adh (may Allah be pleased with him) had given a verdict, and they found me in such a state that I had no pubic hair grown, so because of this I remained alive.
