باب الغنائم وقسمتها - ذكر ما يستحب للإمام استمالة قلوب رعيته عند القسمة بينهم غنائمهم أو خمسا خمسه إذا أحب ذلك-
Chapter on Spoils of War and Their Distribution – On the recommendation for the leader to win the hearts of his people when distributing spoils or the fifth if he wishes.
Hadith Number: 4817
اخبرنا ابن قتيبة ، حدثنا يزيد بن موهب ، اخبرنا الليث بن سعد ، عن ابن ابي مليكة ، عن المسور بن مخرمة ، قال:" قسم رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم اقبية ولم يعط مخرمة شيئا، فقال مخرمة: يا بني، انطلق بنا إلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فانطلقت معه، قال: ادخل فادعه لي، قال: فدعوته له، فخرج إليه وعليه قباء منها، وقال: " قد خبات هذا لك"، قال: فنظر إليه، فقال صلى الله عليه وسلم:" رضي مخرمة" .
Sayyiduna Miswar bin Makhramah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) distributed some cloaks, but he did not give anything to Sayyiduna Makhramah (may Allah be pleased with him). Sayyiduna Makhramah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Go inside and call the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) for me. I went and called the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came out to him, and he had a cloak with him. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I had kept this for you. The narrator states: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) looked towards Sayyiduna Makhramah (may Allah be pleased with him) and said: Makhramah is pleased.
