باب الغنائم وقسمتها - ذكر ما يستحب للإمام إعطاء المؤلفة قلوبهم من خمس الخمس-
Chapter on Spoils of War and Their Distribution – On the recommendation for the leader to give from the fifth to those whose hearts are to be reconciled.
Hadith Number: 4827
اخبرنا الحسين بن احمد بن بسطام بالابلة، قال: حدثنا احمد بن عبدة ، قال: حدثنا سفيان ، قال: حدثنا عمر بن سعيد بن مسروق الثوري ، عن ابيه ، عن عباية بن رفاعة ، عن رافع بن خديج ، قال:" لما كان يوم حنين اعطى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ابا سفيان بن الحارث مائة من الإبل، واعطى ابا سفيان بن حرب مائة من الإبل، واعطى الاقرع بن حابس التميمي مائة من الإبل، واعطى عيينة بن حصن الفزاري مائة من الإبل، واعطى العباس بن مرداس دون ذلك، فانشا يقول: جعلت نهبي ونهب العبيد بين عيينة والاقرع" .
Sayyiduna Rafi’ bin Khadij (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: On the occasion of the Battle of Hunayn, the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) gave Abu Sufyan bin Harb one hundred camels. He gave Aqra’ bin Habis al-Tamimi one hundred camels. He gave ‘Uyainah bin Hisn al-Fazari one hundred camels. He gave ‘Abbas bin Mirdas fewer camels than that, so he recited this verse:“You have placed my share and the share of the slave between ‘Uyainah and Aqra’.”
