باب الغنائم وقسمتها - ذكر الإباحة للإمام أن ينفل السرية إذا خرجت شيئا معلوما من خمس الخمس-
Chapter on Spoils of War and Their Distribution – On the permissibility for the leader to give a specified amount to a detachment from the fifth.
Hadith Number: 4833
اخبرنا عمر بن سعيد بن سنان ، اخبرنا احمد بن ابي بكر ، عن مالك ، عن نافع ، عن ابن عمر ،" ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بعث سرية فيها عبد الله بن عمر قبل نجد، فغنموا إبلا كثيرا، فكانت سهمانهم اثني عشر بعيرا، ونفلوا بعيرا بعيرا" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) dispatched an expedition towards Najd, in which Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) also participated. They obtained many camels as spoils of war, so each person’s share amounted to twelve camels, and (each of them) was also given an additional camel.
