باب الغنائم وقسمتها - ذكر الزجر عن وطء الحامل من السبي حتى تضع حملها-
Chapter on Spoils of War and Their Distribution – On the prohibition of intercourse with a pregnant captive until she gives birth.
Hadith Number: 4846
اخبرنا ابن قتيبة ، قال: حدثنا حرملة بن يحيى ، قال: حدثنا ابن وهب ، قال: حدثنا اسامة بن زيد ، عن مكحول ، عن ابي إدريس الخولاني ، عن ابي ثعلبة الخشني ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " نهى عام خيبر ان توطا الحبالى من السبي حتى يضعن" .
Sayyiduna Abu Tha’labah Khushani (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade, on the occasion of the Battle of Khaybar, having intercourse with pregnant women among the captives until they give birth to the child in their womb.
