Chapter: Forbidden sales - Warning against "Mulamasa" and "Munabatha" sales (touching or throwing as a sale)

اخبرنا الحسين بن إدريس الانصاري ، قال: اخبرنا احمد بن ابي بكر ، عن مالك ، عن ابي الزناد ، عن الاعرج ، عن ابي هريرة، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم " نهى عن الملامسة والمنابذة" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade Mulamasa and Munabadhah.
