ذكر البيان بأن قوله صلى الله عليه وسلم من أخذ شبرا إنما هو الإشارة إلى نفس هذا الفعل لا الإشارة إلى الشبر فقط-
Clarification that“whoever takes a span”refers to the act itself, not just the measure
Hadith Number: 5162
اخبرنا محمد بن عبد الله بن الجنيد ، قال: حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد ، قال: حدثنا بكر بن مضر ، عن ابن عجلان ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي هريرة ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من اخذ من الارض شبرا بغير حق طوقه من سبع ارضين" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "Whoever seizes a span of land unjustly will have a collar of seven earths placed around his neck."
