Hadith Number: 5530
اخبرنا الحسن بن سفيان ، قال: حدثنا احمد بن سيار ، قال: حدثنا يوسف بن عدي ، قال: حدثنا عثام بن علي ، عن هشام بن عروة ، عن ابيه ، عن عائشة ، قالت: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا تضور من الليل، قال:" لا إله إلا الله الواحد القهار، رب السماوات والارض وما بينهما العزيز الغفار" .
Sayyida Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: When the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) would wake up at night, he would recite this: "There is no deity except Allah, He is One, He is Dominant, He is the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them. He is the Dominant and the Forgiving."
