باب آداب النوم - ذكر الزجر عن نوم الإنسان على بطنه إذ الله جل وعلا لا يحب تلك النومة-
Chapter on Etiquette of Sleep – On the prohibition of sleeping on the stomach, as Allah dislikes this position
Hadith Number: 5549
اخبرنا عبد الله بن محمد الازدي ، قال: حدثنا إسحاق بن إبراهيم ، قال: اخبرنا عيسى بن يونس ، قال: حدثنا محمد بن عمرو ، عن ابي سلمة ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: مر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم على رجل مضطجع على بطنه، فغمزه برجله، وقال:" إن هذه ضجعة لا يحبها الله" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by a man who was lying on his stomach (face down). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) nudged him with his foot and said: This is a way of lying down which Allah Almighty does not like.
