كِتَابُ الجِنَايَاتِ
Book of Offenses
باب الجنايات - ذكر ما يلزم ابن آدم من إثم من قتل بعده مسلما لاستنانه ذلك الفعل لمن بعده-
Section on Crimes - The son of Adam bears the sin of those who kill after him if he set the precedent
Hadith Number: 5983
اخبرنا ابو يعلى ، قال: حدثنا ابو خيثمة ، قال: حدثنا جرير ، عن الاعمش ، عن عبد الله بن مرة الهمداني ، عن مسروق ، عن عبد الله ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " ما من نفس تقتل ظلما إلا كان على ابن آدم الاول كفل من دمها، لانه اول من سن القتل" .
Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is killed unjustly, then the son of Sayyiduna Adam (peace be upon him) also has a share in his blood, because he was the first to initiate the way of killing."
