باب القصاص - ذكر الإخبار عن إسقاط الحرج عن مستأجر المرء في المعدن إذا انهار عليه-
Section on Retaliation - No blame on a miner’s employer if the mine collapses on the worker
Hadith Number: 6005
اخبرنا الحسين بن إدريس ، اخبرنا احمد بن ابي بكر ، عن مالك ، عن ابن شهاب ، عن سعيد بن المسيب ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " العجماء جرحها جبار، والبئر جبار، والمعدن جبار، وفي الركاز الخمس" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The killing by an animal will be without compensation, falling into a well will be without compensation, falling into a mine will be without compensation (i.e., in these cases of death, there will be neither retaliation nor blood money), and payment of one-fifth is obligatory on treasure."
