Hadith Number: 6004
اخبرنا احمد بن يحيى بن زهير بتستر، حدثنا زيد بن اخزم ، حدثنا معاذ بن هشام ، حدثني ابي ، عن قتادة ، عن النضر بن انس ، عن بشير بن نهيك ، عن ابي هريرة ، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من اطلع إلى دار قوم بغير إذنهم ففقؤوا عينه، فلا دية ولا قصاص" .
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates this statement of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Whoever tries to look into someone else's house without their permission, and his eye is gouged out, then there will be no blood money and no retribution."
