Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The earth will throw out pieces of its liver, like columns of gold and silver. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Then a thief will come and say: Because of this my hand was cut off. A murderer will come and say: Because of this I committed murder. One who broke the ties of kinship will come and say: Because of this I broke the ties of kinship. But the people will leave it and will not take anything from it."
