Sahih Ibn Hibban
كِتَابُ إِخْبَارِهِ ﷺ عَنْ مَنَاقِبِ الصَّحَابَةِ رِجَالِهِمْ وَنِسَائِهِمْ بِذِكْرِ أَسْمَائِهِمْ رِضْوَانُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِمْ أَجْمَعِينَ

ذكر عمرو بن العاص السهمي رضي الله عنه - ذكر إثبات الجنة لعبد الله بن سلام-
Hadith Number: 7163
اخبرنا عبد الله بن محمد بن سلم ، حدثنا عبد الله بن احمد بن ذكوان ، حدثنا ابو مسهر ، وعبد الله بن يوسف ، قالا: حدثنا مالك ، قال: سمعته يقول: حدثني ابو النضر ، عن عامر بن سعد بن ابي وقاص ، عن ابيه ، قال: ما سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول لاحد يمشي على الارض:" إنه من اهل الجنة"، إلا لعبد الله بن سلام .
Sayyiduna Sa’d bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I did not hear the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) say about any person walking on the face of the earth: "He is a person of Paradise," except regarding Abdullah bin Salam (I heard the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, say this about him).
