Sahih Ibn Hibban
كِتَابُ إِخْبَارِهِ ﷺ عَنْ مَنَاقِبِ الصَّحَابَةِ رِجَالِهِمْ وَنِسَائِهِمْ بِذِكْرِ أَسْمَائِهِمْ رِضْوَانُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِمْ أَجْمَعِينَ
Book of the Prophet’s ﷺ Reports on the Virtues of the Companions, Men and Women, by Name
باب صفة النار وأهلها - ذكر الإخبار عن أول الثلاثة الذين يدخلون النار نعوذ بالله منها-
Hadith Number: 7481
اخبرنا عمر بن محمد الهمداني ، قال: حدثنا محمد بن المثنى ، قال: حدثنا معاذ بن هشام ، قال: حدثني ابي ، عن يحيى بن ابي كثير ، قال: حدثني عامر بن العقيلي ، ان اباه اخبره، انه سمع ابا هريرة ، يقول: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" عرض علي اول ثلاثة يدخلون النار: امير مسلط، وذو ثروة من مال لا يؤدي حق الله، وفقير فخور" .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Three types of people were presented before me who will enter Hell first: (one) a ruler who imposes himself, (second) a wealthy person who does not fulfill Allah's right, (third) a poor person who is arrogant."
