تتمة مسند عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا
Supplement to the Musnad of ‘A’ishah (may Allah be pleased with her)
Hadith Number: 25681
حدثنا وكيع ، قال: حدثنا الاعمش ، عن حبيب بن ابي ثابت ، عن عروة ، عن عائشة ، جاءت فاطمة بنت ابي حبيش إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فقالت: يا رسول الله، إني امراة استحاض، فلا اطهر افادع الصلاة؟ قال: " لا، اجتنبي الصلاة ايام محيضك، ثم اغتسلي، وتوضئي لكل صلاة، ثم صلي، وإن قطر الدم على الحصير" . وقد قال وكيع: اجلسي ايام اقرائك ثم اغتسلي.
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that once Fatimah bint Abi Hubaish (may Allah be pleased with her) came to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "My menstrual bleeding continues all the time. Can I leave the prayer?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Leave the prayer during the days of menstruation, then after that, perform ghusl and do wudu for every prayer and offer the prayer, even if drops of blood fall on the mat."

Hadith Number: 25682
حدثنا وكيع ، قال: حدثنا هشام ، عن ابيه ، عن عائشة ، قالت:" كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يدني راسه إلي وهو مجاور، وهو معتكف، وانا في حجرتي، فاغسله وارجله وانا حائض" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would observe i'tikaf and would extend his head out from the mosque, and I would wash it while I was menstruating.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 295، م: 297
Hadith Number: 25683
حدثنا وكيع ، قال: حدثنا سفيان ، عن منصور ابن صفية، عن امه ، عن عائشة ، قالت:" كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يضع راسه في حجري وانا حائض، فيتلو القرآن" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite the Holy Qur'an while reclining in my lap, even though I was menstruating.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 7549
Hadith Number: 25684
حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا إسرائيل ، عن ابي إسحاق ، عن ابي ميسرة ، عن عائشة ، قالت:" كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يباشرني وانا حائض، كان املككم لإربه" .
Narrated by Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to kiss his wives and embrace them while he was fasting, but he was the one among you who had the greatest control over his desires.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 1927، م: 293
Hadith Number: 25685
حدثنا وكيع ، قال: حدثنا هشام بن عروة ، عن ابيه ، عن عائشة ، قالت:" كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يصلي العصر والشمس واقعة في حجرتي" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to perform the Asr prayer at a time when the sunlight would be shining in my room.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، خ: 544، م: 611
Hadith Number: 25686
حدثنا وكيع ، قال: حدثنا طلحة بن يحيى ، عن عبيد الله بن عبد الله بن عتبة ، سمعه منه، عن عائشة ، قالت:" كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يصلي من الليل وانا إلى جانبه وانا حائض علي مرط، وعليه بعضه" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that sometimes when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would wake up at night to pray, one corner of the blanket would be over the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and the other corner would be over Aisha, "who would be in her menstrual period," and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would continue to pray.

Hadith Number: 25687
حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا كهمس بن الحسن ، عن عبد الله بن شقيق ، قال: قلت لعائشة هل كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يجمع بين السور في ركعة؟ قالت:" المفصل" .
Abdullah bin Shaqiq says that once I asked Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), "Did the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recite several surahs in one rak'ah?" She replied, "The Mufassalat."

Hadith Number: 25688
حدثنا وكيع ، قال: حدثنا يزيد يعني ابن إبراهيم ، عن ابن سيرين ، عن عبد الله بن شقيق ، عن عائشة ، قالت:" كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يصلي قائما وقاعدا، فإذا افتتح الصلاة قائما، ركع قائما، وإذا افتتح الصلاة قاعدا، ركع قاعدا" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that in the night prayer, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would stand for a long time and sit for quite a while. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would recite and perform bowing (ruku) while standing, and he would also recite and perform bowing and prostration (sujood) while sitting.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده صحيح، م: 730
Hadith Number: 25689
حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا هشام ، عن ابيه ، عن عائشة ، قالت:" كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يصلي جالسا بعدما دخل في السن، حتى إذا بقي عليه من السورة ثلاثون او اربعون آية، قام، فقرا، ثم ركع" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the blessed body of the Prophet (peace be upon him) became heavy, the Prophet (peace be upon him) would sit and perform as much prayer as Allah willed, and when thirty or forty verses of the surah remained, he would stand up, recite them, and then go into bowing (ruku).

Hadith Number: 25690
حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا هشام . وابن نمير ، عن هشام ، عن ابيه ، عن عائشة ، قالت: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " تحروا ليلة القدر في العشر الاواخر من رمضان" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say: "Seek the Night of Qadr in the last ten nights of Ramadan."
