Prohibition of marriage and proposal during Ihram
Hadith Number: 33
حدثنا سفيان ، قال: حدثنا ايوب بن موسى ، قال: اخبرني نبيه بن وهب الحجبي , انه سمع ابان بن عثمان بن عفان يحدث، عن ابيه ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " المحرم لا ينكح , ولا يخطب" .
Aban, the son of Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him), narrates from his father that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A person in the state of ihram cannot marry, nor can he send a marriage proposal."

Guidance on applying collyrium for eye treatment during Ihram
Hadith Number: 34
حدثنا سفيان ، حدثنا ايوب بن موسى ، قال: اخبرني نبيه بن وهب ، قال: اشتكى عمر بن عبيد الله بن معمر عينيه بملل وهو محرم، فارسل إلى ابان بن عثمان بن عفان يساله باي شيء يعالجه، فقال له ابان بن عثمان: اضمدهما بالصبر، فإني سمعت عثمان بن عفان يخبر بذلك عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم انه قال:" يضمدها بالصبر" .
Nabiyah bin Wahb narrates: At the place of "Milal," Umar bin Ubaidullah developed an eye ailment while he was in the state of Ihram. He sent a message to Aban bin Uthman and asked him: With what should he treat it? So Aban bin Uthman said: Apply sabr (a specific type of herb) on it, because I heard Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) narrate from the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A man should apply sabr (a specific type of herb) on it."

Glad tidings of forgiveness for performing ablution three times at stations
Hadith Number: 35
حدثنا سفيان ، قال: حدثنا هشام بن عروة ، عن ابيه ، عن حمران مولى عثمان، قال: توضا عثمان على المقاعد ثلاثا ثلاثا، قال: هكذا رايت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يتوضا، ثم قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول: " ما من رجل يتوضا، فيحسن الوضوء , ثم يصلي، إلا غفر الله له ما بينه وبين الصلاة الاخرى حتى يصليها" .
Humran, the freed slave of Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him), narrates: Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) performed ablution three times at the place of "Maqa'id" and stated: I saw the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performing ablution in this manner. Then Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: "Whoever performs ablution well, then offers prayer, Allah Almighty forgives the sins committed between that prayer and the next prayer, as long as he does not perform the next prayer."

Four rak’ahs prayer at Mina and ruling for residents
Hadith Number: 36
حدثنا ابو سعيد مولى بني هاشم، قال: حدثنا عكرمة بن إبراهيم ، عن ابن ابي ذباب ، عن ابيه ، عن عثمان بن عفان رضي الله عنه , انه قال: صلى باهل منى اربعا، فانكر الناس عليه ذلك، فقال: إني تاهلت باهلي بها لما قدمت، وإني سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " إذا تاهل الرجل في بلد، فليصل به صلاة المقيم" .
Ibn Abu Dhibab narrates from his father regarding Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him): His father says: Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) led four rak‘ahs of prayer in Mina, so people objected to him. He said: When I came here, I made it my home because of my wife, and I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "When a man marries in a city, he should perform the prayer like a resident of that place."
