Hadith Number: 582
حدثنا سفيان ، قال: حدثنا زكريا بن ابي زائدة ، عن الشعبي ، عن الحارث بن مالك ابن البرصاء رضي الله عنه، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يوم فتح مكة، يقول:" لا تغزى مكة بعد هذا اليوم ابدا" . قال سفيان: تفسيره على الكفر.
Sayyiduna Harith bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: On the day of the conquest of Makkah, I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "After today, Makkah will not be attacked." Sufyan says: What is meant by this is that it will not happen on the basis of disbelief.

حدثنا سفيان ، قال: حدثنا إسماعيل بن امية ، عن ابن الخوار مولى لبني عامر، عن عبيد بن جريج ، قال: سمعت الحارث بن مالك بن البرصاء في الموسم ينادي في الناس، قال سفيان: لا اعلمه إلا قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " ما من احد يحلف على يمين كاذبة ليقتطع بها حق امرئ مسلم، إلا لقي الله وهو عليه غضبان" .
Sayyiduna Harith bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) used to make announcements among the people during the days of Hajj. Sufyan says: To the best of my knowledge, he narrated this statement. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever swears an oath and thereby unlawfully takes the wealth of a Muslim, when he appears before Allah Almighty, Allah will be angry with him."
