Al-Fath al-Rabbani
بَابُ إِثْبَاتِ خِيَارِ الْمَجْلِسِ
Chapter: Establishing the option of the meeting (khiyar al-majlis)
Hadith Number: 5923
عن عمرو بن شعيب عن ابيه عن جده رضي الله عنه ان النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال البائع والمبتاع بالخيار حتى يتفرقا إلا ان يكون صفقة خيار ولا يحل له ان يفارقه خشية ان يستقيله
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The seller and the buyer both have the option to cancel the transaction before they separate, unless it is an option-based transaction, and it is not permissible for a person to separate out of fear that the transaction will be cancelled.

Hadith Number: 5924
عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم البيعان بالخيار من بيعهما ما لم يتفرقا او يكون بيعهما في خيار
Narrated by Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Both parties involved in a sale have the option to cancel the transaction before they separate, or if their sale is based on choice.

Hadith Number: 5925
عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم لا يتفرق المتبايعان عن بيع إلا عن تراض
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The two men engaged in trade should separate with mutual consent.
