Sahih Bukhari
بَابٌ في الشُّرْبِ وَقَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {وَجَعَلْنَا مِنَ الْمَاءِ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ حَيٍّ أَفَلاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ}:
(1) Chapter. The Statement of Allah:“... And We have made from water every living thing. Will they not then belive." (V.21:30) And His Statement; "Then tell me about the water that you drink. Is it you who cause it from the rainclouds to come down, or are We the Causer of it to come down? If We willed, We verily could made it salt (and undrinkable), why then do you not given thanks (to Allah)? " (V.56:68-70)
Hadith Number: Q2351-2
وقوله جل ذكره: افرايتم الماء الذي تشربون {68} اانتم انزلتموه من المزن ام نحن المنزلون {69} لو نشاء جعلناه اجاجا فلولا تشكرون {70} سورة الواقعة آية 68-70، الاجاج: المر، المزن: السحاب.
بَابٌ في الشُّرْبِ، وَمَنْ رَأَى صَدَقَةَ الْمَاءِ وَهِبَتَهُ وَوَصِيَّتَهُ جَائِزَةً، مَقْسُومًا كَانَ أَوْ غَيْرَ مَقْسُومٍ:
(1b) Chapter. Whoever things that giving water in charity, or as a gift or by way of a testament is permissible, whether it is divided or not.
Hadith Number: Q2351
وقال عثمان: قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: من يشتري بئر رومة فيكون دلوه فيها كدلاء المسلمين، فاشتراها عثمان رضي الله عنه.
Hadith Number: 2351
حدثنا سعيد بن ابي مريم، حدثنا ابو غسان، قال: حدثني ابو حازم، عن سهل بن سعد رضي الله عنه، قال:" اتي النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بقدح، فشرب منه، وعن يمينه غلام اصغر القوم، والاشياخ عن يساره، فقال: يا غلام، اتاذن لي ان اعطيه الاشياخ، قال: ما كنت لاوثر بفضلي منك احدا يا رسول الله، فاعطاه إياه".
Narrated Sahl bin Sa`d: A tumbler (full of milk or water) was brought to the Prophet who drank from it, while on his right side there was sitting a boy who was the youngest of those who were present and on his left side there were old men. The Prophet asked, "O boy, will you allow me to give it (i.e. the rest of the drink) to the old men?" The boy said, "O Allah's Apostle! I will not give preference to anyone over me to drink the rest of it from which you have drunk." So, the Prophet gave it to him.

Hadith Number: 2352
حدثنا ابو اليمان، اخبرنا شعيب، عن الزهري، قال: حدثني انس بن مالك رضي الله عنه،" انها حلبت لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم شاة داجن وهي في دار انس بن مالك، وشيب لبنها بماء من البئر التي في دار انس، فاعطى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم القدح، فشرب منه حتى إذا نزع القدح من فيه، وعلى يساره ابو بكر، وعن يمينه اعرابي، فقال عمر: وخاف ان يعطيه الاعرابي، اعط ابا بكر يا رسول الله عندك، فاعطاه الاعرابي الذي على يمينه، ثم قال: الايمن فالايمن".
Narrated Az-Zuhri: Anas bin Malik said, that once a domestic sheep was milked for Allah's Apostle while he was in the house of Anas bin Malik. The milk was mixed with water drawn from the well in Anas's house. A tumbler of it was presented to Allah's Apostle who drank from it. Then Abu Bakr was sitting on his left side and a bedouin on his right side. When the Prophet removed the tumbler from his mouth, `Umar was afraid that the Prophet might give it to the bedouin, so he said. "O Allah's Apostle! Give it to Abu Bakr who is sitting by your side." But the Prophet gave it to the bedouin, who was to his right and said, "You should start with the one on your right side."
حكم: أحاديث صحيح البخاريّ كلّها صحيحة
بَابُ مَنْ قَالَ إِنَّ صَاحِبَ الْمَاءِ أَحَقُّ بِالْمَاءِ حَتَّى يَرْوَى:
(2) Chapter. Whoever said, " The owner of the water has the right to drink till he is satisfied, as a Prophet ﷺ said, Superfluous water should not be withheld from others.
Hadith Number: Q2353
حتى يروى لقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: لا يمنع فضل الماء.
Hadith Number: 2353
حدثنا عبد الله بن يوسف، اخبرنا مالك، عن ابي الزناد، عن الاعرج، عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" لا يمنع فضل الماء ليمنع به الكلا".
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "Do not withhold the superfluous water, for that will prevent people from grazing their cattle."

Hadith Number: 2354
حدثنا يحيى بن بكير، حدثنا الليث، عن عقيل، عن ابن شهاب، عن ابن المسيب، عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:" لا تمنعوا فضل الماء لتمنعوا به فضل الكلإ".
Narrated Abu Huraira: that Allah's Apostle said, "Do not withhold the superfluous water in order to withhold the superfluous grass."
حكم: أحاديث صحيح البخاريّ كلّها صحيحة
بَابُ مَنْ حَفَرَ بِئْرًا فِي مِلْكِهِ لَمْ يَضْمَنْ:
(3) Chapter. If one digs a well in his own land and somebody falls in it and dies, and owner is not reponsible.
Hadith Number: 2355
حدثنا محمود، اخبرنا عبيد الله، عن إسرائيل، عن ابي حصين، عن ابي صالح، عن ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" المعدن جبار، والبئر جبار، والعجماء جبار، وفي الركاز الخمس".
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "No bloodmoney will be charged if somebody dies in a mine or in a well or is killed by an animal; and if somebody finds a treasure in his land he has to give one-fifth of it to the Government."

بَابُ الْخُصُومَةِ فِي الْبِئْرِ وَالْقَضَاءِ فِيهَا:
(4) Chapter. Disputes and controversies about wells and the settlement of such disputes and contraversies.
Hadith Number: 2356
حدثنا عبدان، عن ابي حمزة، عن الاعمش، عن شقيق، عن عبد الله رضي الله عنه، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال:"من حلف على يمين يقتطع بها مال امرئ مسلم هو عليها فاجر، لقي الله وهو عليه غضبان، فانزل الله تعالى: إن الذين يشترون بعهد الله وايمانهم ثمنا قليلا سورة آل عمران آية 77 الآية". فجاء الاشعث، فقال: ما حدثكم ابو عبد الرحمن في انزلت هذه الآية كانت لي بئر في ارض ابن عم لي، فقال لي: شهودك؟ قلت: ما لي شهود، قال: فيمينه، قلت: يا رسول الله، إذا يحلف فذكر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم هذا الحديث، فانزل الله ذلك تصديقا له.
Narrated `Abdullah (bin Mas`ud): The Prophet said, "Whoever takes a false oath to deprive somebody of his property will meet Allah while He will be angry with him." Allah revealed: 'Verily those who purchase a little gain at the cost of Allah's covenant, and their oaths.' ........(3.77) Al-Ashath came (to the place where `Abdullah was narrating) and said, "What has Abu `Abdur- Rahman (i.e. `Abdullah) been telling you? This verse was revealed concerning me. I had a well in the land of a cousin of mine. The Prophet asked me to bring witnesses (to confirm my claim). I said, 'I don't have witnesses.' He said, 'Let the defendant take an oath then.' I said, 'O Allah's Apostle! He will take a (false) oath immediately.' Then the Prophet mentioned the above narration and Allah revealed the verse to confirm what he had said." (See Hadith No. 692)
