Permissibility of ruqyah for scorpion
Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: A man came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "O Messenger of Allah! I suffered greatly from a scorpion that stung me last night." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "If you had said in the evening: (('I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created')), it would not have harmed you (it would not have stung you)."

Evil eye occurs; if told to bathe, then bathe
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: "The evil eye is real (that is, it has an effect by the command of Allah Almighty), and if anything could overtake destiny, it would be the evil eye (but nothing can overtake destiny). When you are asked to perform ghusl (ritual washing), then perform ghusl. (Because if someone is afflicted by the evil eye, and the person who cast the evil eye performs ghusl and its water is used to wash the afflicted person, then he is cured.)"

Forgive me and join me with the Highest Companion.”Umm al-Mu’minin Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) said that then when I looked, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) had passed away. No harm in ruqyah without shirk
Sayyiduna Awf bin Malik Ashja'i (may Allah be pleased with him) says: We used to perform ruqyah (incantations) during the time of ignorance. We said, "O Messenger of Allah! What do you say about this?" The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Present your ruqyah to me. There is nothing wrong with ruqyah as long as it does not contain anything of shirk (associating partners with Allah)."
