Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he (peace be upon him) said: "The best (era) among you is my era, then those who will come after them, and then those who will come after them." The narrator says: I do not know whether he mentioned the era a third time or not. He (peace be upon him) said: "Then there will come a people who will love obesity, they will bear witness while their testimony will not be sought."

Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he (peace be upon him) said: "People are like mines of gold and silver, those who were best in the pre-Islamic period of ignorance are the best in Islam as well, when they gain understanding (of the religion)."

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: Ever since I heard three qualities about Banu Tamim from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), I have loved them (and this love will continue). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "They are the strongest and most severe among my Ummah against the Dajjal." One of their slave girls was with Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Set her free, for she is from Banu Isma'il." And when the charity from Banu Tamim came, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "This is the charity of our people."

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he said: "You will find people like mines (of gold and silver), so those who were the best in the time of ignorance will be the best in Islam, provided they acquire understanding of the religion. You will find the most suitable for this (leadership/government) to be the one who dislikes it the most among them, and you will find the worst among them to be the two-faced person, who comes to these people with one face and to those people with another face."

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever loves these two, that is, Hasan and Husayn (may Allah be pleased with them both), has loved me, and whoever harbors enmity towards them has harbored enmity towards me."

Qabsiya narrated with this chain a narration similar to the previous hadith, that is, regarding Hasan and Husayn (may Allah be pleased with them).

Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he (peace be upon him) said: "Today I will hand over the flag to such a person who loves Allah and His Messenger." The narrator stated: So the noble Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) hoped to receive this (flag) (and they began to look to see who would get the flag). Then he (peace be upon him) said: "Where is Ali?" He (peace be upon him) was informed that his eye was hurting, so he (peace be upon him) called him and put saliva on his hand and applied it to his eye, then commanded him to go and fight. So Allah granted victory at his hand that day. Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) did not feed his family wheat bread to their fill for three days.

With this same chain: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:“Whoever introduces a new thing into the religion or gives refuge to an innovator (one who introduces a new thing), upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people. Neither any voluntary act nor any obligatory act of his will be accepted.”

With this same chain, it is narrated from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said: "Allah Almighty sent me with the message, so my heart became constricted and I knew that people would belie me. Then Allah warned me that I must convey it or He would punish me."

Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he (peace be upon him) said: "If the religion were at Thurayya (the Pleiades), even then people from Persia would reach there and acquire it (from there)."
