The Book of Ad-Diyait (Blood - Money)
باب جنين المرأة:
(25) Chapter. The foetus (that is inside the uterus) of a (pregnant) woman.
Hadith Number: 6906
فشهد محمد بن مسلمة، انه شهد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم" قضى به".
Then Muhammad bin Maslama testified that he had witnessed the Prophet giving such a verdict.
