Ma’n bin Yazid narrated, ‘I heard the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) say,“Additional booties (extra to the allotted share) are to be distributed only after the fifth has been kept aside.”Related by Ahmad and Abu Dawud .At Tahawi graded it as Sahih.
