وحدثني عبد الحميد بن بيان الواسطي ، حدثنا خالد يعني الطحان ، عن سهيل ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي هريرة ، قال: كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يامرنا إذا اخذنا مضجعنا ان نقول بمثل حديث جرير، وقال: من شر كل دابة انت آخذ بناصيتها،
Abu Hurairah (RA) reported that Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) used to command us that as we go to our beds, we should utter the words (as mentioned above) and he also said (these words): "From the evil of every animal, Thou hast hold upon its forelock (Thou hast full control over it)."
