Musnad of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 11596
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا يحيى بن إسحاق ، واسود بن عامر , قالا: انا شريك ، عن ابي إسحاق ، وقيس بن وهب , عن ابي الوداك ، عن ابي سعيد الخدري ، ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، قال في سبي اوطاس:" لا توطا حامل"، قال اسود:" حتى تضع، ولا غير حامل حتى تحيض حيضة" , قال يحيى:" او تستبرا بحيضة".
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said regarding the captives of the Battle of Autas: No person should have intercourse with a pregnant slave woman until she gives birth, and if she is not pregnant, then he should not have intercourse with her until one menstrual cycle has passed.
