مسند انس بن مالك رضي الله عنه
Musnad of Anas ibn Malik (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 13552
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا سريج ، حدثنا ابو عوانة ، عن قتادة ، عن انس ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" لو كان لابن آدم واديان من مال، لابتغى إليهما ثالثا، ولا يملا جوف ابن آدم إلا التراب، ويتوب الله على من تاب".
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If the son of Adam had two valleys full of gold, he would desire a third, and nothing fills the mouth of the son of Adam except the dust of the grave. And whoever repents, Allah accepts his repentance.
