حديث أبى بكرة نفيع بن الحارث بن كلدة رضي الله تعالى عنه
Hadith of Abu Bakrah Nufay‘ ibn al-Harith ibn Kuladah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 20439
حدثنا مؤمل بن إسماعيل ، حدثنا حماد بن زيد ، حدثنا المعلى بن زياد ، ويونس ، وايوب ، وهشام ، عن الحسن ، عن الاحنف ، عن ابي بكرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" إذا تواجه المسلمان بسيفيهما، فقتل احدهما صاحبه، فالقاتل والمقتول في النار"، قيل: هذا القاتل، فما بال المقتول؟! قال:" قد اراد قتل صاحبه" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Musa that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: When two Muslims come face to face with swords and one of them kills the other, then both the killer and the killed will go to Hell. Someone asked, "O Messenger of Allah, the matter of the killer is understandable, but what about the killed one?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: He also intended to kill his companion.
حكم دارالسلام: حديث صحيح، خ: 31، م: 2888، وهذا إسناد ضعيف، مؤمل سيئ الحفظ لكنه توبع
