First Part of Musnad of the Basrans
حَدِيثُ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ نُفَيْعِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ كَلَدَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ
Hadith of Abu Bakrah Nufay‘ ibn al-Harith ibn Kuladah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 20373
حدثنا ابو سعيد مولى بني هاشم، حدثنا الاسود بن شيبان ، حدثنا بحر بن مرار ، عن عبد الرحمن بن ابي بكرة ، قال: حدثنا ابو بكرة ، قال: بينا انا اماشي رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وهو آخذ بيدي ورجل عن يساره، فإذا نحن بقبرين امامنا، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" إنهما ليعذبان، وما يعذبان في كبير، وبلى، فايكم ياتيني بجريدة؟" فاستبقنا، فسبقته، فاتيته بجريدة، فكسرها نصفين، فالقى على ذا القبر قطعة، وعلى ذا القبر قطعة، وقال:" إنه يهون عليهما ما كانتا رطبتين وما يعذبان إلا في البول والغيبة" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I was walking with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was holding my hand, and there was a man on the left side as well. Suddenly, two graves appeared before us. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "These two men are being punished, and not for a major sin." He asked, "Who among you will bring me a branch?" We rushed, and I got ahead of them and brought a branch to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) divided it into two parts and placed a piece on each grave and said, "As long as these remain fresh, their punishment will be lightened." And both of them are being punished only because of urine and backbiting.

Hadith Number: 20374
حدثنا يحيى ، عن عيينة ، قال: حدثني ابي ، عن ابي بكرة ، ووكيع ، قال: حدثنا عيينة ، ويزيد ، اخبرنا عيينة ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي بكرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " ما من ذنب احرى ان يعجل لصاحبه العقوبة، مع ما يؤخر له في الآخرة، من بغي او قطيعة رحم"، قال وكيع:" ان يعجل الله"، وقال يزيد:" يعجل الله"، وقال:" مع ما يدخر له" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is no sin more deserving than rebellion and severing of family ties, for which the sinner is punished immediately in this world along with the punishment of the Hereafter.

Hadith Number: 20375
حدثنا يحيى ، عن عيينة ، ووكيع ، حدثنا عيينة بن عبد الرحمن ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي بكرة ، قال:" لقد رايتنا مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وإنا لنكاد ان نرمل بها"، قال وكيع:" ان نرمل بالجنازة رملا" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I have seen the time when we used to walk quickly in a funeral procession along with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).

Hadith Number: 20376
حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا عيينة ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي بكرة ، قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " التمسوها في العشر الاواخر، لتسع يبقين، او لسبع يبقين، او لخمس، او لثلاث، او آخر ليلة" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: Seek the Night of Qadr in the last ten nights of Ramadan—on the twenty-first night, the twenty-third night, the twenty-fifth night, the twenty-seventh night, or the last night.

Hadith Number: 20377
حدثنا وكيع ، وابو عبد الرحمن ، قالا: حدثنا عيينة ، عن ابيه ، عن ابي بكرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم:" من قتل معاهدا في غير كنهه حرم الله عليه الجنة" ، قال ابو عبد الرحمن: كنهه حق.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever kills a Mu'ahid (a person with whom there is a peace treaty) unjustly, Allah makes Paradise forbidden for him.

Hadith Number: 20378
حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا زكريا ابو عمران شيخ بصري، قال: سمعت شيخا يحدث، عن ابن ابي بكرة ، عن ابيه ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم " رجم امراة فحفر لها إلى الثندوة" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) carried out the punishment of stoning on a woman, so he had a pit dug for her up to her chest.
تخریج الحدیث:
حكم دارالسلام: صحيح لغيره، وهذا إسناد ضعيف لجهالة الشيخ الراوي عن ابن أبى بكرة
Hadith Number: 20379
حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا سفيان ، وعبد الرحمن ، عن سفيان ، عن عبد الملك بن عمير ، عن عبد الرحمن بن ابي بكرة ، عن ابيه ، انه كتب ان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " لا يقضي الحاكم بين اثنين وهو غضبان" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: No ruler should judge between two people while he is angry.

Hadith Number: 20380
حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا محمد بن عبد العزيز الراسبي ، عن مولى لابي بكرة ، عن ابي بكرة ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " ذنبان معجلان لا يؤخران: البغي، وقطيعة الرحم" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There are two sins whose punishment is given immediately, there is no delay in it: rebellion and severing ties of kinship.

حكم دارالسلام: حديث صحيح، وهذا إسناد ضعيف، مولى أبى بكرة - هو سعد - مجهول، وقد اختلف فيه على محمد بن عبدالعزيز
Hadith Number: 20381
حدثنا وكيع ، حدثني عثمان الشحام ، عن مسلم بن ابي بكرة ، عن ابيه ، ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يقول: " اللهم إني اعوذ بك من الكفر، والفقر، وعذاب القبر" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to supplicate: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief, poverty, and the punishment of the grave."

Hadith Number: 20382
حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا عثمان ابو سلمة الشحام ، حدثني مسلم بن ابي بكرة ، عن ابيه ، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " سيخرج قوم احداث احداء اشداء، ذليقة السنتهم بالقرآن، يقرءونه لا يجاوز تراقيهم، فإذا لقيتموهم، فانيموهم، ثم إذا لقيتموهم فاقتلوهم، فإنه يؤجر قاتلهم" .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: After me, there will come a people in my Ummah who will be very swift and harsh. They will recite the Qur'an, but it will not go below their throats. Whenever you encounter them, kill them, for the one who kills them will be rewarded.
