مسند عبد الله بن عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله تعالى عنهما
Musnad of Abdullah ibn Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith Number: 4818
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا روح ، قال: حدثنا الاوزاعي ، عن المطلب بن عبد الله بن حنطب ، قال:" كان ابن عمر يتوضا ثلاثا"، يرفعه إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم. (حديث مرفوع) (حديث موقوف) وكان ابن عباس " يتوضا مرة"، يرفعه إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم.
Matlab bin Abdullah says that Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) used to wash the limbs of ablution three times each and attributed this to the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), while Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) used to wash them once each and he too attributed this to the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).
حكم دارالسلام: هو حديثان : حديث ابن عمر: وإسناده ضعيف، وروي موقوفا، وهو الصحيح، وقد سلف برقم: 4534، وحديث ابن عباس: صحيح لغيره، وقد سلف برقم: 1889
