مسند عبد الله بن عمر بن الخطاب رضي الله تعالى عنهما
Musnad of Abdullah ibn Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with them)
Hadith Number: 5251
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا وكيع ، حدثنا العمري ، عن سعيد المقبري ، ونافع ، ان ابن عمر كان" يلبس السبتية ويتوضا فيها، وذكر ان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم كان يفعله".
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to wear shoes made of dyed leather and would perform ablution in them, and he used to say that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also used to do the same.
حكم دارالسلام: حديث صحيح ، وهذا إسناد ضعيف لضعف العمري .
