Hadith Number: 5397
(حديث مرفوع) حدثنا حسن ، حدثنا ابن لهيعة ، حدثنا عبيد الله بن ابي جعفر ، عن نافع ، عن ابن عمر ، قال: رايت" المغانم تجزا خمسة اجزاء، ثم يسهم عليها، فما كان لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فهو له، يتخير.
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that I saw the spoils of war being divided into five portions, and I also saw a share being allocated from it. The portion that belonged to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was at his discretion.
حكم دارالسلام: إسناده ضعيف ، لضعف ابن لهيعة .
