Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 8151
وقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " إذا انقطع شسع نعل احدكم، او شراكه، فلا يمش في إحداهما بنعل والاخرى حافية، ليحفهما جميعا، او لينعلهما جميعا" .
And the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When the strap of the shoe of any one of you breaks, he should not walk with a shoe on one foot and the other foot bare; either wear both shoes or take off both.
