مسند ابي هريرة رضي الله عنه
Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith Number: 8166
وقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: قال الله: " إذا تحدث عبدي بان يعمل حسنة، فانا اكتبها له حسنة ما لم يفعل، فإذا عملها، فانا اكتبها له بعشرة امثالها، وإذا تحدث بان يفعل سيئة، فانا اغفرها ما لم يفعلها، فإذا عملها، فانا اكتبها له بمثلها" .
And the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allah Almighty says, if My servant intends to do a good deed, I write it as one good deed for him. Then if he acts upon it, I write it increased tenfold. And if he intends to commit a sin, I do not write it. If he commits the sin, I write only one sin.
