The chapter on the virtue of voluntary prayer between Maghrib and Isha
Hadith Number: 1194
حدثنا ابو عمر حفص بن عمرو الربالي ، حدثنا زيد بن الحباب ، اخبرني إسرائيل بن يونس ، عن ميسرة بن حبيب ، عن المنهال بن عمرو ، عن زر بن حبيش ، عن حذيفة " انه صلى مع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم المغرب، ثم صلى حتى صلى العشاء"
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hudhaifah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he offered the Maghrib prayer with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) continued to offer voluntary prayers until he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed the ‘Isha prayer.
