١٩٣٠٦ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن إسماعيل بن ابي خالد عن الشعبي قال: إذا تزوج العبد بغير إذن سيده فالطلاق بيد السيد وإذا تزوج بإذنه فالطلاق بيد العبد.
حدثنا ابو بكر، قال: نا وكيع، عن إسماعيل بن ابي خالد، عن الشعبي، قال: " إذا تزوج العبد بغير إذن سيده ؛ فالطلاق بيد السيد , وإذا تزوج بإذنه ؛ فالطلاق بيد العبد".
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a slave marries without the master's permission, then the right of divorce will belong to the master, and if he marries with the master's permission, then the right of divorce will belong to the slave.
