If a Man Divorces His Wife and She Does Not Menstruate, What Is the Ruling?

٢٠١١٠ - [حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا هشيم عن يونس عن الحسن في المراة إذا طلقها فحاضت حيضة او حيضتين تربص سنة، ثم تمكث بعد السنة ثلاثة اشهر ثم تزوج] (١).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) سقط الخبر من: [هـ].
Hazrat Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) says that if a woman is divorced, then she experiences one or two menstrual cycles and then her menstruation stops, she should wait for one year, and after one year she should wait for three months, then she may marry.
