٢٠٢٤٣ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا مروان بن معاوية عن عاصم عن عكرمة قال: (خاصم) (١) عمر ام عاصم في عاصم إلى ابي بكر، فقضى لها به ما لم يكبر او (تتزوج) (٢)، فيختار (لنفسه) (٣) قال: هي اعطف والطف وارق و (احنا) (٤) وارحم (٥).
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [ط]: (عاصم).
(٢) في [أ، ب، س، ط، هـ]: (يتزوج).
(٣) في [س]: (نفسه).
(٤) في [هـ]: (أرضى)، وفي [ز]: (أحيا).
(٥) منقطع؛ عكرمة لم يسمع من عمر.
Hazrat Ikrimah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) brought the issue of the upbringing of Hazrat Asim before Hazrat Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him), making Umm Asim a party to the case. He decided that the child would remain with Umm Asim until he reached maturity or until he got married. And he said that the mother is more kind, merciful, tender-hearted, and affectionate towards the child.
