٢٠٢٩٣ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: نا معتمر بن سليمان عن يونس عن الحسن سئل عن صبي له ام وعم، والام موسرة والعم معسر (فقال) (١): النفقة على العم.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:

Hazrat Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked that the mother of this child is wealthy while the uncle is poor; upon whom will the responsibility of arranging milk fall? He replied that the maintenance is obligatory upon the uncle.
