٢٢٣٤٨ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا هشيم عن مغيرة قال: سالت إبراهيم عن حائك مشى في غزل (بشعلة) (١) من نار، فوقعت شرارة (فاحرقت) (٢) الغزل قال: يضمن.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [أ، هـ]: (بعنقلة).
(٢) في [أ، ط، ع]: (فأحرق).
Hazrat Mughira, may Allah have mercy on him, says that I asked Ibrahim, may Allah have mercy on him, that if a cloth maker passed woolen clothes (wool) by burning coals and the burning coal burned that wool, what is the ruling? He, may Allah be pleased with him, said: He will be liable.
