٢٣٩٣١ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الله بن نمير (عن عبيد الله) (١) عن عطاء في رجل يكاري الطعام إلى (ارض) (٢) بكيل، إن زاد فلهم، وإن نقص فعليهم، قال: إذا رضي بذلك الاكرياء واقروا به فلا باس.
ريفرينس و تحكيم الحدیث:
(١) في [ز]: زيادة.
(٢) في [أ، هـ]: (الأرض).
Hazrat Ata says regarding the person who leased land for cultivation with a fixed rent: if there is an increase (in produce), it is for them, and if there is a loss, that too is upon them. And if the tenants are content with this and acknowledge it, then there is no harm.
