٢٩٢٠١ - حدثنا ابو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: ما كان من جرح من العمد لا يستطاع فيه القصاص فهو على الجارح في ماله دون عاقلته.
Hazrat Mughira narrates that Ibrahim said: If a wound is inflicted intentionally and it is not possible to exact retribution for it, then compensation for that wound will be obligatory from the wealth of the one who inflicted it, not from his family members.
